The Honky Tonk Heroes of Southern Utah first took the stage in 2009 when Rich Panessa (vocals) and Dave Stott (guitar) reformed the Dixie Troubadours. Bill Hammers (bass) and Jerry Allen (drums) round out the group, and all four guys bring years of performance experience. The Heroes perform classic country music and cover the best of country greats like Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, George Strait, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Buck Owens, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, and many others. The Heroes are a great option for a private party, dance hall, saloon, restaurant or casino. If the occasion calls for the best in traditional country music , the Heroes can play it for you.
